Khuzin graduated from the Perm State Institute (Academy) of Art and Culture (class of Professor Irina Kotelnikova, Honored Artist of Russia) in 2012.
Between 2006 and 2011 he was a member of the Opera Chorus of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre, between 2011 and 2012 — a member of the musicAeterna chorus, and from 2012 — a trainee soloist. His repertoire includes Fetyukov (Alexander Tchaikovsky’s One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich), Don Curzio (Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro), Yelisey Bomelius (Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Tsar’s Bride), Second Shepherd (Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo), Beppe (Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci), Gastone (Verdi’s La traviata), Triquet (Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin), Almeric (Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta) and Spalanzani (Offenbach’s Les contes d’Hoffmann).
