The dates of the Arabesque — 2020 competition are shifted
Dear colleagues!
Due to the current situation in the world related to the COVID-19 spreading, Arabesque management has made a decision to shift the dates of the competition.
The XVI Russian Open Ballet Competition Arabesque-2020 will be held from October 24 to November 5, 2020. All the participants, whose applications had been accepted, in autumn will be able to compete in the age groups they were admitted in spring.
Premiere of the ballet “Anyuta” staged by the Artistic Director of the Arabesque competition, outstanding dancer and choreographer, people’s artist of the USSR, Vladimir Vasiliev, which was previously scheduled on April 24, 2020, will open the competition on October, 24.
We are sorry for the competition cannot be held within the planned dates and we wholeheartedly hope to see all of you in autumn 2020.
